Dawn Cohen is an Attorney at Bell & Bell LLP. Ms. Cohen represents employees and employers in litigation proceedings at the federal court, state court and administrative levels involving Section 1981, Section 1983, Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and various common law claims, including wrongful termination, claims under state wage collection laws and breach of contract actions.
Ms. Cohen received her B.A. from The George Washington University in 1999, having graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Criminal Justice. Ms. Cohen received her J.D. from Villanova University in 2002, having graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif. Ms. Cohen is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
