Jessica Chung is an Associate Attorney at Bell & Bell. Ms. Chung litigates sexual harassment, wrongful termination, race discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower, overtime, age discrimination, disability discrimination, gender discrimination and other types of employment related matters.
Ms. Chung has extensive courtroom and litigation experience and has tried more than 35 jury trials and over 100 non-jury trials. Ms. Chung previously served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office. Through her courtroom success, she earned a position in the office's Homicide Unit, a role held by only a small percentage of Assistant District Attorneys. Before joining the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office, Ms. Chung practiced as an associate at Moore Dodson & Russell, P.C. in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, where she handled civil and criminal litigation.
Ms. Chung began her legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Leon A. Kendall of the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands. She earned her Juris Doctor from George Washington University Law School, where she served on the Moot Court Board and was recognized for outstanding pro bono service. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English and Spanish from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, and studied abroad at the University of Valencia in Spain. Ms. Chung is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New York.
