Leona Hill is an Associate Attorney at Bell & Bell LLP. She focuses her practice on sexual harassment, wrongful termination, race discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower, overtime, age discrimination, disability discrimination, gender discrimination and other types of employment related matters. 

Before joining Bell & Bell LLP, Ms. Hill served as a Paralegal Specialist with the United States Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, Housing and Civil Enforcement Section, where she supported trial attorneys in nationwide civil rights investigations and litigation. Ms. Hill also worked as a Courtroom Clerk for the Arlington County Circuit Court, where she assisted judges, deputies, probation officers, and attorneys with civil and criminal trials. Earlier in her career, Ms. Hill worked with the Washington State Attorney General's Office.

Ms. Hill earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law in 2025, where she ranked in the top 20% of her class and served as Associate Executive Editor of the International Law Review. She also earned a Master of Law in International, Comparative, and European Union Law from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, Italy; a Paralegal Certificate from George Mason University; a Bachelor of Arts from California State Polytechnic Institute, Pomona.
